Inkjet Cartridge Recycling Program

All of our ink cartridges are sent to a state of the art recycling center managed by our supplier where they are either reused as replacement cartridges or dismantled and properly recycled.

Sustainable Papers

RRP offers a large selection of sustainable inkjet papers produced by PEFC/FSC certified mills. This means that the forests to make these papers are managed sustainable. These papers are carefully tracked from the forest all the way to RRP. For easy identification of the papers that qualify as sustainable we will label them with our symbol, on our price list PDF's.

We also have available a wonderful fine art paper from Hahnemühle Fine Art, "Bamboo", which falls under their environment protection program, "Green Rooster". For more information on this you may visit www.greenrooster.com

Recyclable Materials

In addition to our papers, Red River Photo has chosen a line of display, backlit, banner and trade show materials which are top of the line and also recyclable. We have identified these items with their recycling code to aid you in their proper disposal. The meaning of these codes and examples of possible recycled products for each is as follows:

PET:   Polyethylene Terephthalate can be recycled into fibers, tote bags, clothing, food and beverage containers.
PP:   Polypropylene can be recycled into automobile battery cases, brooms, brushes, bins, sheeting and trays.
HDPE:   High Density Polyethylene can be recycled into liquid laundry detergent, shampoo, flowerpots, and plastic lumber.
PVC:   Polyvinyl Chloride can be recycled into packaging, decking, floor tiles, cassette trays and garden hose.
